Tides: A Comprehensive Tide Prediction App
Tides is a full version Android application that provides tidal predictions for over 8500 locations worldwide. The app also includes sea temperature for more than 7000 locations, wave forecasts for 5600+ locations, and storm surge forecasts for the UK and nearby areas. Additionally, Tides provides Sun/Moon data worldwide, making it a comprehensive travel and navigation app.
One of the most significant features of Tides is its offline functionality, which allows users to access tide predictions for all locations without an internet connection (except for maps, sea temperature, and wave forecasts). The app also includes a search function, nearest and recent locations, as well as a map. Tides predictions are based on data from UKHO, HOAA, NTSLF, and others. Tides has no adverts, no in-app purchases, and does not collect personal data.
